§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.06 for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A violation of these provisions shall also constitute a civil offense and shall subject the offender to a civil penalty not to exceed $500 to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within the prescribed period of time set by the city after having been cited for the ordinance violation. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person who violates § 93.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500, imprisoned for not more than 12 months, or both for each offense.
      (3)   Any person who violates § 93.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined $25 for each offense. A violation of this provision shall also constitute a civil offense and shall subject the offender to a civil penalty not to exceed $25 to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within the prescribed period of time set by the city after having been cited for the ordinance violation.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.20 through 93.22 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A violation of these provisions shall also constitute a civil offense and shall subject the offender to a civil penalty not to exceed $500 to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within the prescribed period of time set by the city after having been cited for the ordinance violation. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.35 through 93.38 for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A violation of these provisions shall also constitute a civil offense and shall subject the offender to a civil penalty not to exceed $500 to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within the prescribed period of time set by the city after having been cited for the ordinance violation. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
