For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LIVESTOCK. Cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, llamas, buffaloes, or any other animals of the bovine, ovine, porcine, lagomorph, caprine, or equine species, deer and elk, as well as poultry, ratites, and cervine, that are privately owned and kept within the city limits for any purpose.
