Employees of the Village of Indian Hill who have been in service of the village for ten years, upon retiring or leaving the service, with and upon recommendation of the head of such employee's department of work, are eligible to receive termination benefits as set forth in § 35.65 and in the Personnel Policies and Regulations of the Village of Indian Hill. Employees are only eligible to receive such termination benefits one time.
