§ 35.34 TERMINATION BENEFITS.
   Employees who retire from the Village of Indian Hill in good standing are eligible to receive termination benefits as set forth in § 35.65 of the Indian Hill Code of Ordinances and in the Personnel Policies and Regulations of the City Manager. Retiring employees are only eligible to receive such termination benefits one time.
