§ 154.132 REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Whenever it becomes apparent that construction of subdivision improvements or residential improvements will or has adversely affected a designated resource protection area, the developer, builder, or property owner shall be required to submit a site plan indicating the limits of the affected area and an inventory of the trees located within that affected area.
   (B)   (1)   Forested area. In any area in which forested areas to be preserved in accordance with the resource protection requirements of § 154.110 through 154.116 are destroyed during the construction of public or private improvements of the subdivision, such trees that are destroyed shall be replaced on a one-for-one basis for all trees larger than four inches diameter at breast height (DBH). Replacement trees shall not be less than three inches in diameter at breast height.
      (2)   Slopes. Slopes designated as resource protection areas that are disturbed by grading, excavation, or landfill shall be restored as directed by the Village Engineer.
      (3)   Kope formation. Kope formation and floodplain areas designated as resource protection areas that are disturbed by subdivision or residential improvements shall be restored as directed by the Village Engineer.
