(A) Where, in the opinion of the Commission and Metropolitan Sewer District, a public sewer main, is reasonably accessible, the subdivision shall be provided with a complete sewer system connected with such public sewer main. The plan for such public sewer system shall be approved by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency as provided in R.C. § 6111.44.
(B) When it is deemed that connection to a public sewer main is not feasible, a developer shall submit to the City of Indian Hill Board of Health and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency a plan pro-posing a private household sewage system pursuant to § 154.101 of this chapter.
