(A) Any person who fails to comply with the certification and application requirements set forth in § 112.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each and every offense and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $250.
(B) Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 112.03 through 112.09 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not more than $150. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day upon which a violation occurs or continues.
