§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating § 32.03 (A) shall be fined not more than $50.
   (B)   Any person violating § 32.03 (B) shall be fined not more than $100.
   (C)   Any person violating § 32.04(A) shall be fined not more than $100, or imprisoned for not more than ten days or both.
   (D)   Any person violating § 32.04(B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for not more than 30 days , or both.
