(A) No person shall fail to appear in the Mayor's Court of the village at the time and on the date noted on a citation issued to such person for violation of an ordinance of the village or a statute of the state.
(B) No person shall fail to appear in the Mayor's Court of the village at the time and on the date noted on an arrest notice issued to such person subsequent to his failure to appear as initially cited.
(C) This section creates an offense separate and apart from the offense alleged in the legal process giving rise to the requirement to appear in the Mayor's Court and is separate and apart from a lawful requirement to post security to insure appearance before the Mayor's Court and in no way excuses the forfeiture of such security upon failure to so appear.
