§ 90.06 ALARMS CONNECTED TO TELEPHONES PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall use or cause to be used any alarm system which automatically selects or dials a telephone or telephone trunk line used by or assigned to the village for telephone service, which system then transmits over the line a report or alarm concerning a burglary, fire, or other police emergency, except that any installed prior to April 25, 1977 will not be affected, and that licenses shall be issued to such person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation, limited to those alarms installed as of that date.
