§ 77.01 WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN ROADS.
   (A)   It is declared unlawful for any person to travel any vehicle with more than two axles on, or for any owner of such vehicle to permit such vehicle to be driven on, all of the roads or streets of the Village, except as provided in § 77.01(B)(1) and (B)(2).
   (B)   The axle restrictions set forth in division (A) of this section shall not apply to the following exceptions:
      (1)   Vehicles in excess of two axles shall be permitted to travel on Drake Road north of Indian Hill Road, Indian Hill Road between Miami Road and Drake Road, Loveland-Madeira Road, Miami Road north of Indian Hill Road, Shawnee Run Road from Drake Road to the western corporation line, and Remington Road.
      (2)   Vehicles in excess of two axles shall be permitted to travel on other restricted roads where it is necessary for these vehicles to travel on these roads for the purpose of loading or unloading within the corporate limits of the Village. Provided however, that access by vehicles in excess of two axles to any restricted roads shall be by the most direct route from outside the corporate limits or from the permitted travel roads specified in division (B)(1) of this section. Routing assistance may be obtained from the Indian Hill Rangers.
   (C)   The manager may erect appropriate signs to advise the public of the foregoing restrictions.
   (D)   In addition to the penalties provided in § 77.99, the Solicitor is authorized to seek relief from the acts proscribed herein by the use of injunctive process and by any other relief in law of in equity which is available.
