§ 37.20 POLICE AND SANITARY REGULATIONS OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE.
   All police and sanitary regulations of the village shall apply with equal force and effect within and upon all real property owned and to be owned from and after May 29, 1973, by the village, and the rangers shall have full police power and authority with respect to such real property.
