§ 37.13 CONDITION OF OFFICIAL BONDS.
   The condition of every official bond shall be that the officer or employee covered thereby will honestly, faithfully, and impartially discharge all and every duty belonging or appertaining to his office, and will faithfully and honestly preserve, protect, and account for all money, property, and things of value belonging to the village which come into his or her possession and custody. It shall be a sufficient accounting by the comptroller of moneys charged to him to show that such moneys have been deposited in a solvent bank to the credit of the village, in accordance with the laws of the state or ordinance of the village, governing the deposit of such moneys.
