Official bonds required of officers or employees of the village shall be subject to approval as to form by the city solicitor. The sureties, or dishonesty and faithful performance of duty policy or coverage document, thereon shall be an indemnity company or companies authorized to do business in the State of Ohio. Premiums on official bonds, or policy, described above given to the village shall be paid out of moneys appropriated by the Council.
