§ 37.03 CONTENTS.
   The Indian Hill Bulletin may contain ordinances and resolutions which are passed by Council; resolutions adopted by various boards and commissions of the village; notices, announcements, and advertisements required by law or ordinance to be published; official reports of the proceedings of Council; information concerning the official actions of all departments, boards, and commissions of the village; proposals for bids for public contracts and such other matters as Council may authorize. In addition, The Indian Hill Bulletin may contain news or happenings of local or foreign interest, or both, such as social, political, business, professional, editorial, or other kindred subjects intended for the information of the general reading public.
