(A) Any existing significant industrial user located beyond the town limits shall submit a wastewater discharge permit application, in accordance with § 52.055, within 30 days of the effective date of this chapter. New significant industrial users located beyond the town limits shall submit such applications to the Wastewater Superintendent 120 days prior to any proposed discharge into the POTW.
(B) Alternately, the Wastewater Superintendent may enter into an agreement with the neighboring jurisdiction in which the significant industrial user is located to provide for the implementation and enforcement of pretreatment program requirements against said industrial user.
