(A) Anyone convicted of violating § 94.01 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(B) Anyone found guilty of violating § 94.02 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(C) Anyone who violates the provisions of § 94.04 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)
