(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorized bicycle, motorcycle, mini-bike, trail-bike, motorized vehicle of any type or similar vehicles including what is commonly referred to as all-terrain vehicles on any ballfield or recreation field maintained and/or operated by the city without special permission by the mayor and/or the police department of the city. This shall not prohibit the riding of such a vehicle to the recreation area.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate such vehicles on any property which has been posted to warn or keep out trespassers.
