160.03 FUNCTIONS.

   The Disaster Services Agency shall perform such functions within the Municipality as are prescribed in and authorized by Ohio R. C. Chapter 5915 and the Governor's regulations promulgated thereunder, and in addition shall perform such duties outside the corporate limits as are required pursuant to mutual aid arrangements with any other political subdivision or with the Countywide civil defense or disaster services organizations. In performing duties pursuant to this chapter, the Disaster Services Director shall cooperate with other political subdivisions, with Countywide civil defense or disaster service organizations, with the State and with the Federal government, through appropriate channels, and with private agencies, in all matters pertaining to the civil defense or disaster service activities of the City. The Director's performance under this chapter shall be at the sole and exclusive direction of the Mayor. (Ord. 1978-11. Passed 6-13-78.)
