159.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established a City Records Commission, which shall be composed of the Mayor or his or her designated representative as Chairperson, the Finance Director, the Law Director, all of whom shall serve without compensation in addition to their regular salaries, and a resident appointed by the Mayor who shall serve without compensation. The Mayor shall appoint a Secretary who may or may not be a member of the Commission and who shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
