159.01 REMOVAL OF RECORDS PROHIBITED.
No person shall remove any official Municipal record regularly kept and maintained at any Municipal building, except upon good cause shown after a deposit of a signed receipt therefor with the Mayor or his or her designee or upon a duly issued subpoena. This section shall not pertain to records of Council committees which are regularly reproduced and distributed to Council.
