158.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the award of any contract for the construction, reconstruction, improvement, enlargement, alteration, repair, painting or decoration of any public improvement owned or to be owned by the City, hereafter referred to as a "public improvement contract" or "contract."
