154.02 COMPOSITION; VACANCIES.

   (a)    The Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board shall be composed of five members chosen as follows:

      (1)    Two members elected by Council;

      (2)    Two members elected by the Volunteer Firemen; and

      (3)    One member elected by the Board members referred to in subsections (1) and (2) hereof. Such member shall be an elector of the City but he shall not be an employee of the City, a member of Council or a regular or volunteer member of the Fire Department.

   (b)    Vacancies occurring on the Board shall be filled as provided in subsection (a) hereof for original appointments.
