151.11 CIVIC CENTER/RECREATION DEPARTMENT CHANGE FUND.

   (a)   There is hereby created and established a change fund out of the general fund of the City in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for use at the Civic Center/Recreation Department.

   (b)   Such change fund shall be maintained at the Civic Center/Recreation Department and the Finance Director is authorized to replenish such fund upon request and to account for transfers into and expenditures out of such fund.
