151.03 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITIONS; COMPENSATION; RECREATION FUNDS.

Council shall provide by ordinance for any other positions to be established in the Parks and Recreation Department and shall provide for the rates of compensation to be paid for such positions. The Finance Director shall maintain appropriate recreation funds into which all receipts and revenue of the recreation program shall be deposited and entered and from which payment shall be made for the salaries, wages and other expenses for the operation of the recreation program.
