151.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT.

A Department of Parks and Recreation is hereby established within the Municipality. Its object shall be to care for and maintain Elmwood Park and Municipal Recreation Center and other Municipal recreation areas and to implement and provide a complete recreation program for all residents of the City. The Department shall be composed of one full-time Recreation Director and such other full or part-time employees as are authorized by Council.
