   143.11 MUNICIPAL FIRE SAFETY INSPECTOR.
   The Municipal Fire Safety Inspector is required to cause inspections to be made of all buildings and premises within the Municipality, with the exception of those used exclusively for residential purposes, and to serve written notice upon the owner of occupant to abate, within the specified time, any and all fire hazards that may be found therein.
