141.06 CHARGE FOR BREATHALYZER TEST.

   There is hereby established a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) to be charged by the Police Department for each and every breathalyzer test it administers on behalf of another political jurisdiction. An additional charge of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged to the visiting Police Department upon request of a copy of any video related to a breathalyzer test.
