133.04 WRITTEN CONTRACTS.

Whenever bids have been accepted for a purchase or contract or whenever Council authorizes any other purchase or contract involving an expenditure of more than seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500), the Mayor and Finance Director shall enter into a written contract therefore on a form approved by the Law Director.
