133.02 PETTY CASH FUND.

   (a)    There is hereby created and established a Petty Cash Fund out of the General Fund of the City in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)    Such Petty Cash Fund shall be in the custody of the Finance Director, and the Finance Director is authorized to make expenditures from such fund, to replenish such fund, and to account for transfers into and expenditures out of such fund.
