123.02 COPIES OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS; FEES.
   Whenever the Clerk of Council, Finance Director, secretary of the Planning Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals, or any police officer or other officer or employee of the City furnishes a copy of any City ordinance, resolution, contract, accident or other report, statement or any other public document to any member of the public, the following fees shall be collected and deposited with the Finance Director for the General Fund of the City:
