123.01 POSTING.

   Effective July 1, 2013 and thereafter, all ordinances, resolutions and any statements, orders, proclamations, notices or reports required by law or ordinance to be published, shall be published by posting copies thereof for fifteen days in the Independence Public Library, Community Services Departments, and to the City’s Website at www.independenceohio.gov. The place of posting shall be in a conspicuous place and readily accessible to the public during normal business hours. (Ord. 2012-38. Passed 12-11-12.)
