1383.09 ADMINISTRATION FOR STEEP SLOPE SET BACK.

   All applications for development within the Steep Slope Set Back area shall be submitted to the City Engineer containing a soil erosion control plan using best management practices designed to stabilize soil and control and slow water drainage within the Steep Slope Set Back area and within the Protected Hillside Zone area. The City Engineer shall review the application, and in connection with such review, the City Engineer is authorized to consult and obtain opinions from such other professionals. No building permit for development within the Steep Slope Set Back area shall be approved until the City Engineer reviews and approves the soil erosion control plan which shall be, along with the approved Storm Water Management Plan, recorded in the Cuyahoga County Recorder’s Office, at the cost of the applicant, and run with the land.
