1383.06 ADMINISTRATION FOR PROTECTED HILLSIDE ZONE.

All applications for development within the Protected Hillside Zone areas shall be submitted to the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall review the application, and in connection with such review, the City Engineer is authorized to consult and obtain opinions from such other professionals. No building permit for development within the Protected Hillside Zone areas shall be issued until the application, together with the report of the City Engineer, has been reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission, in accordance with the City’s Planning and Zoning Code.
