1383.06 ADMINISTRATION.

All applications for development within the Protected Hillside Zone areas shall be submitted to the Building Official. The Building Official shall review the application, and in connection with such review, the Building Official is authorized to consult and obtain opinions from such other professionals. No building permit for development within the Protected Hillside Zone areas shall be issued until the application, together with the report of the Building Official, has been reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission in accordance with the City's Planning and Zoning Code.
