798.07 RESTRICTIONS ON HOURS OF OPERATION.

   (a)   Food trucks may not operate between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., except through the issuance of an extended hours permit as provided by subsection (b) hereof.

   (b)   The hours of operation may be expanded upon the issuance of an extended hours permit from the City’s Safety Director, or his designee, in advance of any event in which the hours of operation violate those set forth in subsection (a) hereof.
