661.03 POSTING SIGNS.

   (a)   Signs indicating that smoking is prohibited shall be clearly, sufficiently and conspicuously posted in sufficient size to be clearly legible to a person of normal vision at the entrance of any public place.

   (b)   Signs indicating that smoking is prohibited shall be posted in any public place that is a non-enclosed area of any outside of any building reasonably throughout the area they are intended to mark at a height and sufficient size to be clearly legible to a person of normal vision.

   (c)   Signs indicating that smoking is prohibited shall be clearly, sufficiently and conspicuously posted in every City vehicle.
