137.04 FEES FOR THE RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT.
The fees and procedures for the rental of Service Department equipment are as follows:
(a) The rental fees for the use of tents and containers shall be as follows:

All rental fees received for the use of tents shall be deposited into the City’s Capital Improvement Fund.

Logs and Stumps: 5 yard | $150.00 |
Logs and Stumps: 10 yard | $300.00 |
Railroad Ties: 5 yard | $100.00 |
Railroad Ties: 10 yard | $200.00 |
The maximum allotted time a container will be at a City resident’s property will be seventy-two (72) hours, per the Service Department’s discretion.
All rental fees received for the use of containers shall be deposited into the City’s Capital Improvement Tent Fund.
(b) The Service Director shall establish rules for the rental of the equipment (e.g. on a first-come availability basis and payment of fees prior to use), subject to the Law Director’s approval as to form, by any City resident.
