960.07 OTHER MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES.

(a) A replacement photo identification card shall have a charge for any individual or family member requesting a Civic Center membership card in the amount of five dollars ($5.00).

(b) Any individual using the Civic Center may use the Civic Center's babysitting service in the Tot Room for a charge of one dollar ($1.00) per hour per child. A two hour maximum stay will be permitted per child.

(c) The Community Services Director and the Recreation Director shall have the authority to create additional charges not inconsistent with this chapter. No less than ten days prior to any change or supplementation, such change or supplementation shall be submitted to the Council Committee on Community Services for informal comment.
