960.04 CIVIC CENTER RECREATION AREA MEMBERSHIP CHARGES.

   (a)   The membership charge for the use of the Civic Center Recreation Area by a Resident shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) annually.

   (b)   The membership charge for the use of the Civic Center Recreation Area by a Resident who is at least 60 years of age and older or a Disabled resident shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) annually.

   (c)   The membership charge for resident families shall be sixty-five dollars ($65.00) annually.

   (d)   The membership charge for a non-resident City employee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) annually.

   (e)   The membership charge for a non-resident City employee and his/her family shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) annually.

   (f)   Residents upon their 90th birthday shall receive an honorary membership free of charge. (Ord. 2016-49. Passed 5-10-16.)
