960.03 PASS REVOCATION.

   A pass to use the Civic Center shall be immediately revoked by the City for any of the following:

   (a)   A resident or family moves from the City, and the City no longer is the resident’s or family’s domicile.

   (b)   A non-resident City employee’s employment is terminated with the City for any reason.

   (c)   Violation of the Civic Center’s rules of conduct issued by the City.

   (d)   By the Community Service Director or Recreational Director when it is determined revocation is necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of the users of the Civic Center or employees of the City.
