960.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   Resident. For purposes of this chapter, a “Resident” means a person who currently lives, and is domiciled, within the City.
   (b)   Resident’s Family. For purposes of this chapter, a “Residents’s Family” is defined as two or more persons related by blood, marriage or adoption, who live together in one dwelling unit and maintain a common household within the City. All “resident’s family” children upon their 26th birthday, must purchase a separate individual resident pass. Proof of residency is required.
   (c)   Non-Resident City Employee. For purposes of this chapter, a “Non-Resident City Employee” means a person who is currently employed by the City in a full or permanent part-time capacity, but does not include seasonal part-time City employees.
   (d)   Non-Resident City Employee’s Family. For purposes of this chapter, a “non- resident City employee” means two or more persons related by blood, marriage or adoption, who live together in one dwelling unit occupied by the non-resident City employee and maintain a common household. A “non-resident’s family” may include children up to their 26th birthday.
   (e)   Disabled. For purposes of this chapter, “disabled” means, with respect to an individual, a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of such an individual and who either has a record of or is generally regarded as having such an impairment.
