   642.36 TRESPASS ON CITY EASEMENT.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly interfere or remain on an easement owned by the City without express written privilege to do so.
   (b)   Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of criminal trespass on a City easement, a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall receive a fine of not more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day of trespass shall be a separate offense.
