192.04 GIFTS OF REAL PROPERTY.

In order to enhance the effectiveness of the Land Reutilization Program, the Director of Public Safety may accept, as gifts on behalf of the City, real property, which shall be held, administered and disposed of in the same manner as are lands acquired pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 2009-35. Passed 8-11-09.)
