1332.10 ENFORCEMENT BY BUILDING COMMISSIONER; APPEAL.

It shall be the duty of the Building Commissioner to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Whenever the Building Commissioner rejects any application, or any plan or specification, or makes an order requiring compliance or revokes a permit, the person aggrieved may appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
