1332.06 SOUND LEVEL MEASUREMENT.
   (a)   Sound level shall be measured on the “A” weighting network of a sound level meter meeting the requirements for ANSI Standard S1. 4-1971 of General Purpose Sound Level Meters or latest revision, (published by the United States of America Standard Institute, New York, New York), using the slow meter response. The meter shall be calibrated and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
   (b)   Measurements shall be taken at the property line where the sound is alleged to be loud and objectionable, or at the property line nearest to the air conditioning, air handling equipment unit or electrical power generators.
   (c)   A minimum of three readings shall be taken at two-minute intervals. The sound level shall be the average of these readings.
