1354.14 VARIANCES WITHIN RIPARIAN AND WETLAND SETBACKS.

The City's Board of Zoning Appeals may, in specific cases, vary or permit exceptions to any of the provisions of this chapter if it finds that such variance will not violate the spirit and intent of this chapter and that a more harmonious and useful development will result.
