1354.07 APPLICABILITY AND COMPLIANCE.

(a) These regulations shall apply to all lands that are within the jurisdiction of the City and these border designated watercourses and wetlands as defined in these regulations.

(b) The City shall issue no approvals and permits without full compliance with the terms of these regulations.
