1131.01 DISTRICT AND ZONE MAP.

   For the purpose of regulating and restricting all single-family houses, businesses, industries and other uses of property, the Municipality is divided into several classes of use districts termed, respectively:

   (a)    Class U-1 or single-family dwelling house district,

   (b)    Class U-1B or elderly housing/lifecare community district,

   (c)    Class U-4 or retail business district,

   (d)    Class U-4A or shopping mall district,

   (e)    Class U-5 or office building and research laboratory district,

   (f)   Class U-5 (COB) or campus office building district.

   (g)    Class U-5 (HR) or office building high-rise (overlay) district,

   (h)    Class U-5 (HR) MU or office building high-rise and mixed use overlay district,

   (i)    Class U-5A or light manufacturing district,

   (j)    Class U-6 or commercial or industrial district and

    (k)    Class U-6A or motel, hotel, restaurant and automotive service station district;

all as shown on the Zone Map which accompanies this Zoning Code and is declared to be a part hereof, and the use districts designated on the Zone Map are established. The map designations and the map designation rules which accompany the map are declared to be a part thereof. No buildings or premises shall be erected or used except in conformity with the regulations herein prescribed for the use districts for which such building or premises is located and with all other regulations contained in this Zoning Code.

   (EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 1997-21, passed November 11, 1997, the Zoning Map is hereby revised by adding, extending and amending the zoning of the property designated on the Map to include the designation of a "T-1 Overlay District" and such overlay districts are hereby established.)
