150.02 INSURANCE REQUIRED.

   Individuals, firms, corporations or businesses providing professional services to the City under a contract or agreement entered into after the effective date hereof are required to secure and maintain professional liability insurance and/or errors and omissions insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000), or such other amount as may be determined by the Mayor to be necessary and appropriate, to cover losses resulting from professional negligence in the performance or professional services for the City.
