773.14 INSURANCE.

   The provider of child day-care services shall obtain, and keep in force at all times during which the provider holds a permit hereunder and provides child day-care home services, a minimum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) of child care liability insurance (as a rider to the homeowner's policy or as a separate policy). The provider shall promptly provide the City of Independence with a certificate (or other proof) of insurance and all renewals thereof. (Ord. 2002-22. Passed 4-9-02.)
